Regrettably, the UK fuel situation is currently impacting some of our services.
Unfortunately our installation and engineering teams have been affected by the current national fuel situation.
We are doing all that we can to support customers as normal but we regret that some services may be impacted.
We will notify customers if we are unable to reach them, and please rest assured that any cancelled calls will be rebooked as a matter of priority as soon as we are able to access fuel. All of our vans are tracked for monitoring purposes and to expedite our response times. Unfortunately, some journeys are taking longer than anticipated due to traffic being heavily congested by queues in some areas.
We appreciate customers’ patience and regret that any problems currently arising are beyond our control.
